Poverty or technology?

Poverty first, moon next  The humongous marginal difference between poverty and technological development has been a trivial issue of debate. With the massive success of Chandrayaan 3 by Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), the debate sparked, why the country where nutrition security is less than 60% is spending this huge amount to a space mission?  India has achieved food security so far but nutrition security is yet to be achieved. As per WHO, even in 2023, 74% of the Indian people doesn't have access to nutritional food. It maybe because rising demand of junk food, consuming leftovers , inflation, increase in exports parallely to lesser production due to lack of resources, disasters, etc. As a negative repercussions, every 5th citizen is obese or malnourished.
